Anyway, I figured out, all by myself mind you, that in this day and age, it seems virtually necessary for every person in the world to have his or her own webpage just chocked full random, useless information that only your parents, significant others, and enemies will read. So, to keep up with the Jones', Welcome aboard. Perhaps you'll find some tiny fact, picture, or typo that will totally enlighten, or at least, brighten your day.

To continue with the mindless drivel, just a little about myself to get things moving right along. I am currently a student at Tennessee Technological University in Cookeville, Tennessee[B, majoring in Accounting and hoping to eventually get my CPA (Certified Public Accountant) and my CIA (Certified Internal Auditor), and maybe even before I'm 30. I live off campus here with my brother about five miles off campus. Feel free to follow his, and others' links to their own hompages, and blame it all on them for my interest and participation in helpdesk and building this page!

I have worked for several hotels in the last 4 years, but I continue to be loyal to my first, Family Inns in Alcoa, Tennessee. It was there that I learned to love the business itself and the various tasks associated with it. I learned the audit, how to manage, maintenace, and even housekeeping. I even learned to appareciate the game of football there. Of course, there really isn't much choice when it's running on 3 stations in one lobby! :) Primarily located in the East Tennessee region, there are properties that span as far west as Kansas City, to the south to New Orleans, north to Rome, New York, and even to the East Coast in Roanoke, Virginia. As for my working status, I am currently employed by Alpine Lodge and Suites here in Cookeville. Independently owned and operated by Josef and Martina Gabriel, the Alpine is a thriving, soon to be, 88 room establishment. And finally, a few other irrelevant fact about myself, I love basketball, but in particular, the fine men of the Kentucky Wildcats and the unbeatable Big Orange of the Tennessee Lady Vols. Feel free to visit my own pages dedicated to the sport, but also the links to their respective offical homepages for the most up to date news, scores, and highlights. I also enjoy target practice with the pistols, especially the .22's. It's a great stress reliever to fire off a few rounds. And, as my family discovered over Christmas this year, I love to collect children's books. Of particulary interest, the Miss Spider series by David Kirk. The illustrations alone will fascinate and captivate. However, my Dad found another most enjoyable book entitled Squids Will Be Squids, Beastly Tales and Fresh Morals. Please feel free, when I have it completed, to read some of my favorite stories from my page dedicated to Jon Scieszka and Lane Smith. They really do have some wonderful twists on some trite concepts.

Helpdesk. I live with my sister, Liesl, in a small trailer 5 miles off campus. Well, that's the bare essentials of me. On to other things!

Things I Enjoy Doing

I love taking P.E. classes. So far I have taken from 2-4 P.E. classes each semester.
Movies - I'll watch most anything as long as you watch an occasional sci-fi or action movie with me!
Food
Books - I like sci-fi/fantasy: Dragon Lance, Doc Savage, Saberhagen's Book of Sword series, and untold others as well! I am currently reading books by Orson Scott Card: Excellent reading!
